The sun sets on another day…
Sometimes as the sun sets you can feel the emotion. Sometimes it is nearly overwhelming. Caught in a moment you can almost feel the feelings swirling around like marshmallows it sticks to you but feels good at the same time. (Well, maybe not, but it is a try)
People are sometimes equally capable of making emotions flow as powerfully. Today as I watched a powerful presentation about a youth center I considered how so many people do not get a chance in life to see beyond themselves and would do near anything to break free. It is in this that we as a people need to help each other up, and in the process lift ourselves up further.
So as the sun sets on another day, remember you are not the center of the universe (This may be a tough one), but you are the center of your universe, and if you have the privilege to help someone, do it, and that privilege will help you see a new tomorrow, perhaps to the moon and back, and the stars beyond.
