The sun sets on another day…
I would like to think we are on the right track. (It’s ok, you can groan a little) There are so many positives we can consider each and every day, and yet there are so many other things that work their way into our lives dragging us down. Each day as I consider what to write I struggle with what topic is at the top of my mind. Some days it is easy, some days it is not so easy. Today it was easy not because it was evident, but because the negativity is evident. I see so many people fighting with the moments as Christmas comes upon us that the true meaning, of joy and goodwill, is sometimes lost.
It is important not just in this season, but in all seasons to focus on the positives in life, and realize that there is always something to be thankful for, even when it seems darkness has fallen upon us. As despair begins to fall perhaps we should consider the message of “It’s a wonderful life” and know that you are special as it was said “Strange, isn’t it? Each man’s life touches so many other lives. When he isn’t around he leaves an awful hole, doesn’t he?”.
We all leave such a mark on the world, make your a good mark, and realize the best that life has to offer, each and every day, no matter what…
