The sun sets on another day…
As the sun passes in the sky over our head it brings inspiration to a mass of people. Some see it as inspiration, some as more, some as an annoyance, some write about the light, some about the shadows, but most find some sort of inspiration. The words describe some of what they see, and some of what they don’t see, but can words really give us a pure picture?
Perhaps.
Words can give us a taste that is so clear that you can develop an appetite, the savory taste of a salty snack can bring to mind dozens of images, and the ideas allow our imaginations to be set free.
Words can describe a sound so precisely that our ears may ring in anticipation at the thought of a high pitched whine, a spoken word, or a train whistle coming in the distance.
Words can describe a picture completely and give a viewer some point of reference on how something looks.
Words can describe a feeling, and give that feeling a taste of reality and power and life, and make someone cringe or melt in anticipation.
In the end, they are just words. Words can excite emotion and so many people use words as weapons to spread positive thoughts, and some to spread hate.
Perhaps today we should all try to take a more positive run at life, perhaps today we should all realize that if you embrace hate, you become hate, and yes, there is a certain power there, but it is not a good one. Perhaps we should realize that if we embrace love, we become love, and all the goodness that is built into love and all that it holds for us. The only problem I see, is that is sometimes mutually exclusive. Don’t let it be, there is a time and place for everything, and use words to make the time the best it can be, not just today, but every day!
So as the sun sets on another day, be wary. We are hunting words and phrases and sentences and more. All of them will show us a new beginning, and a way to a better place if we let them. Use your words wisely, and let them show your passion and your positivity, and let hate and anger slide to the side, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, find a higher road, and live it, each and every day…
