The sun sets on another day…
Here it is, another thanksgiving. It is the first in a long time I was not with my children. The first in a lot of things. Though sunset was there, the world just did not seem right.
We have to be thankful for different things sometimes. There are often a lot of different items at play, and as we progress the ways and means change, and as such the outcomes of our days change too. We can’t be angry is we miss our outcomes but we can be thankful for a little different positive. After all, my kids are happy and successful, and pressing each day towards positives. We need to go along for the ride and enjoy those positives along the way. On days like today, we need to give a different kind of thanks, and enjoy the moments we have as they are what is special in our lives.

So as the sun sets on another day, be thankful for all you have, and along the way if you have to be a different kind of thankful, that’s ok. Enjoy it, have fun, and keep on moving forward, no matter what.
