The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was cold. Yep, cold. It was 20 degrees outside, and that is cold, not too cold, but cold nonetheless. Still, no cold could break the warmth of my heart.
It should make anyone smile that life is full of positives if we look for them. It should make us smile more when we look at some of those in our day and realize that the moments are more measured than we considered, and that sometimes we have a moment or two that make us feel amazing.
Close your eyes, well, after you read this not before. Are you back with me? In a few minutes close your eyes, consider the day, realize the positives you have seen today. Pick the best one. Got it? Now hold onto that thought. Use that thought as your positive of the day and let everything else fade away. It will be worth it.
It is amazing how a single positive has the ability to overcome a slew of negatives. Maybe we just need to stop giving the negatives or forethoughts and instead realize today is an amazing day. We are that person that overcomes bad thoughts.
So as the sun sets on another day, it is a super day. My positive of the day is family. Tomorrow will be something new. I hope you find the perfect positive for you and make it yours today, then find a new and exciting one tomorrow as well. You can make each day a positive journey if you try!
