The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was, well, really, really awesome! It has been a good day and I am as thankful as my solar cameras that are enjoying the recharge!
I need you to do something with me. It won’t take long. Take a deep breath, hold it for just a moment maybe for the length of time it takes to read to this word. Now let it go. Take another breath, make it a deep one, hold on for one more second, now let it go.
I know this seems kind of silly and I appreciate you taking just a moment with me. Every once in a while, we all need to recharge and sometimes it just takes half a second to recharge. I was writing recently about a character who was being beaten down consistently. It didn’t seem like anything was going their way and then all of a sudden, it was. it wasn’t that my character was any stronger just that they kept going and took a breath. Eventually they overcame their obstacle, and we all will if we keep trying. Keep breathing and I hope it gets better for you really fast.
So as the sun sets on another day, thanks for a fantastic year and thanks for being you every day. Keep being awesome, no matter what.
