The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was a seriously incredible light show, filling the horizon with a golden pathway to another world. All you had to do was walk out and believe in your imagination; the golden bridge was yours.
I get a kick out of the world changing in an instant. Few events are more dramatic than raising ferns in the forest in early May. Right now, there are stalks everywhere as fern’s stalks reach towards the sky. The entire area will soon be transformed from brown and leafy to green and lush, and it will happen in the span of a night, maybe two. It is spectacular.
Often people overlook the miracles around them, and often those miracles, well, they are subtle but powerful. Changing an entire landscape is powerful. It’s also a whole lot warmer than the snow that does the same.
So as the sun sets on another day I will sit and enjoy all of it as it comes and I hope you do as well. Appreciate every moment that you can no matter what.
