The sun sets on another day…
Sunset came and went as I celebrated yet another year. Made for a fun dinner and a few moments of introspection. Often the best moments in life are looking inside.
As you can guess, I like talking to people. Today I was talking to someone and they just could not get over me being nice to them. I find that being nice is quite easy if you try, but as I wandered I found so many people that just don’t like to be nice. A kind greeting or a nicety is taken as an afront, or worse, by some as a demeaning item. Yuck.
Wouldn’t it be better if we just tried to be positive for a little while? Wouldn’t it be better if we stopped trying to project negatives on people don’t you think the world would be a better place? I do.
So as the sun sets on another day, be nice. Just do it. Find a way to stop looking at the negatives, and just take a moment and be kind, nice, positive, or whatever. I beleive you can do it, no matter what.
