The sun sets on another day…
I watched sunset with curious eyes as the hazy sky from fires far away change the look of the eve. It was still beautiful but I thought about what was going on and paused for a moment. At the end, the projection on the clouds gave unique shapes including the picture for today.
In chaos mathematics there is a common statement used to describe chaos noting that if a butterfly flaps its wings in Central Park it could indirectly cause rain in China. Some people see that as ridiculous but others see the connections between us all and everything else.
Today as I watch the sunset I considered this in a little more depth simply because a considerable distance away a fire was affecting my sunset. In the end we are all on this planet together and in the end anything that we do could have an effect on someone else. Weather good or bad is up to us but the reality is that we choose how we affect the world.
I’m just making a suggestion, so take a moment and consider. If we treat everybody as we would like to be treated in a positive manner wouldn’t the world start being a better place? If we were nice and made certain that others understood how much we appreciated them wouldn’t it be better? After all, I would like to think that we can all deserve a better day and give one too.
So as the sun sets on another day, I hope your day is amazing and you find all the people that sounds like you. In the process, just keep being awesome, no matter what.
