The sun sets on another day…
…and before that it rose.
Although sunset was spectacular and amazing, the rising sun over the eastern waters could take your breath away. Slowly the light built and there was no warning when suddenly there was a flash and sunrise had begun. I felt as though the air was full of energy as I shared this sunrise with maybe a dozen people curling their toes in the sand or waiting in the water as the light show began.
I write about sunsets every day as I am inspired daily and get many inspirations as the day passes. At the end of the day I settle on one and write as I make some semblance of sense of it. Today I started early.
A swift sunrise gave way to a new day filled with possibilities. In the end that is all we can ask for, the possibility of a good day is far more reL to many, right?
Why not more? If we have a series of possibilities, why not go further and make the day wonderful, not because this day is special, but instead because every day is special.
A neat trick huh? As I stood watching the sun rise I was reaffirmed. Every day is special, and I wanted my day to be a good day. I made that a reality. So can you.
How? Well, by deciding that you will have a good day of course. The world can beat on you, but in the end is the bad stuff as important as we often think? Can we not just step forward a little and believe is ourselves.
So as the sun sets on another day, anyway, it was a good day, mostly because we made it a good day. In the end, it was a good start to a good day that just kept going. I hope yours was as well. You can make all your days good if you want to. Try to do so, no matter what n
