The sun sets on another day…
The clouds are already starting to create the dull landscape all around us. For some reason after daylight savings time the world seems darker, maybe because it is. Still, high above, the sky is shining with sunset’s greatness.
I find myself overthinking sometimes. People get lost in the moments. I do too. Often it becomes overwhelming as one particular item becomes another which becomes another which becomes another. On the edge of it all is a definition of who we are and the idea that each day we can define ourselves even better.
Why do we do that to ourselves? Why do we create situations where our minds go back to the same thing over and over until we are nearly nauseous with the overthought and overused concepts of it all? There’s a lot to ask, and the light that we have to put in perspective, but why do we progress to a point where we overthink?
I have known many people that put themselves into deep depression by considering negative after negative until there’s nothing left but negatives. Maybe it’s time to stop.
If you look for the bad in something you will almost always find it, but the good is there too. All you have to do is look for the good and you will find it as well. Let’s look for the good.
So as the sun sets on another day, overthinking is easy. All you have to do is start thinking and you can find yourself on your way to overthinking very quickly. Let’s all find another way, and make our days full of positives because we overthink those two. I hope your day is spectacular today and every day, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and keep making memories…
