The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was slurpy and derpy as waves of rain slid in and out of the area, then, all at once they went away, and the skies were clear for eve. As I write now, later in the eve, the rain has begin again, but it was a good sunset.
I was always fascinated by the mystery of Roanoke Island and where everyone went. The history lesson states that the town was empty and a single word was on a tree to mark the passing. That word has been a mystery for a long time. Recently though, a group solved the issue and without a whimper or a bang the settlers integrated with a local tribe and basically lived happily ever after. A mystery solved and done, with a nice twist ending.
I pretty much wish most mysteries were solved that way. Without the craziness and just with everyone being happy. Sometimes the only mystery is why we were not happy sooner. That is quite a mystery.
For all of us, why don’t we look for a happy solution? Why don’t we find a pathway that is positive? I think it would allow us to be better and see the world better, don’t you?
So as the sun sets on another day, mystery solved. I did not know this until talking to someone at a reunion. Sounds good to me, I am glad the solution was found and I will skip this thought now, and go on to something more exciting, like Bigfoot, right? Find your mysteries, and make the world a place fll of amazement, no matter what.
