The sun sets on another day…
I watched sunset from the woods and enjoyed the colors as they slid across the leaves. Pine needles beneath my feet crunched happily as I walked further and felt the day wane and the night close in.
It’s funny, as you get older sometimes weird things happen. Last night I fell asleep on my desk as I was typing and reading. I woke up this morning with a horrible crick in my neck. It was painful but tolerable and nagged me all during the day. As night falls now I find myself enjoying the lack of pain as I finally worked it out and the nerve decided to stop beating me on mercifully. Yes, there is an end to pain.
Maybe all we need to do is set back and figure out the pain goes away. It’s not forever trauma sometimes the pain beats on us and we just have to take a step to the side and doing so find a way past.
Of course there’s pain that is far too much food of course there’s emotional pain that’s even more pinned they’re still in the bone pain where you have a lot of pain that you weren’t expecting but yes it’s there. But there is a possible end to pain if you can just find the way to get past it.
That’s different for everyone but I have faith that you can find your way past your pain of course you do you confirmed the positives in your life good morning my friends here and maybe give you a path where the pain isn’t so bad and perhaps not at all.
So as the sun sets on another day, right now I haven’t given you much to go on maybe we can work through this together and find a way past the pain and into something positive always. Maybe it will be as easy as in just taking the time to take a deep breath, and then as you do remember.
