The sun sets on another day…
Over and over I see the sunset. I take time every day, and today was beautiful. The sky lit up, and I could do nothing but watch in awe as the yellows became orange, red, violet and more. Stunning.
I mused.
What was it like to be 19. I remember it well. Just out of high school, loving college, and enjoying the new dynamics of computer programming. I fell in love with what I was doing, and then I thought I fell in love.
It is funny as I think about it. Love has had so many forms in my life, but at 19, I was in love with the idea of love. This idea that I could find someone who would feel for me all the things I felt for them, and far beyond. I was lost in it all. 19, feeling on top of the world, and trying to find my way.
Here I am a little older, with new definitions, and still I am on the top of the world, thinking about it all, and trying to make a difference to others every day. It is a unique goal.

So as the sun sets on another day, I hope you are young at heart. Whether 19 or 79, I hope you realize that tomorrow is a gift each day, and in the process, I hope you find love each day, and make it real, no matter what.
