The sun sets on another day…
It was a beautiful sunset, and as I drove home from the gym and passed over top of a hill The sky was as a beautiful expanse covered in color. I enjoyed the moment and smiled to myself in object astonishment.
A q I was listening to my headset this evening as a new book from Dean Koontz pounded me in the ear and I noticed an echo in the room I was in. It wasn’t a sound or something that I could see but instead a sense of the things that were going on around me.
A lot of people call this feeling deja vu, but I would like to think that sometimes we remember things that we’ve done right and do them again even if they seem like an echo. Of course there are exceptions, and of course there’s always that one time and that one place that we did that one thing that scares to live in daylights out of us, but for the most part I’m pretty impressed with the world and all of the things that I have done.
How about you? Do you feel excited at things that are going on around you and suddenly realize it’s an echo of something you’ve done before? Do you ever get that feeling that perhaps things are a little different but not as much as you think? Or do you have a feeling that you’ve seen or done something before and never even remotely came close to what you were experiencing?
I know it’s crazy, the world is sometimes a crazy place but fortunately here we are enjoying that crazy together.
So as the sun sets on another day, I hope you find your way. I hope you find some amazement and as you do I hope the world seems more fantastic to you whether it’s new, old, or just an echo. Enjoy your world every day, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and keep being spectacular…
