The sun sets on another day…
It was rainy and gooey, and I ran to get pizza during sunset. There wasn’t much to see except the house on fire that closed my normal road to the pizza place. I watched the flames lap towards the sky and the rain fight with them as I moved my way around. Even the destruction was beautiful but I felt bad for the tenants of the home.
It’s November again and I started another book even though I have one finished and one partially finished and 35 others in progress. Fortunately, this was one of the 35 and I found myself stuck in a moment. On November 1st I only wrote 500 words. After I did the post last night for 29,000 sunsets I got on a roll. In a few short hours I was up to 10,000 words and this evening already I have pushed that number to 14,000. I found myself mesmerized by myself. That is a weird feeling, paying such close attention to yourself that nothing else exists for a moment. In the end it will be good, but I have a lot of things to finish.
The goal of nanowrimo is for a book to be completed in a month. As it is going now I will hit the goal before 15 days are up. I hope I keep up that level and mostly I hope the things I have written have meaning.
So as the sun sets on another day, I hope you enjoy reading, I enjoy writing, and life keeps getting better every day, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and enjoy the ride…
