The sun sets on another day…
The day was beautiful, and as I sat staring at the evening sky and watching Twilight fall upon us I was amazed at the beauty before me. The sky was lit up and there was a certain piece in a colorful chaos. Yes I did use chaos as a noun.
Sometimes you have to just roll with the flow and enjoy the moments. Sometimes you have to realize the wonder in everything. Then again sometimes it really seems like yuck.
Once again I am using a word improperly because yuck isn’t normally a noun, but in this case it could be a destination and therefore becomes a place. Yuck is a place we visit when we’re not sure and we don’t know. Yuck is a place that is upon us and where we struggle to find our center. To put it simply, yuck is yucky. That sounds like fun.
Let’s avoid going to yuck. There are lots more places in the world that I would rather be, and there are lots more places where the world just seems like it’s a little bit of awesome and a lot of even better. Let’s leave yuck to itself and find a path to less yuck. Maybe that town should be called happiness.
For me, I’m happy not to be it yet anymore. I’m happy to find a place where there’s no more yuck. As I do so I’m going to enjoy myself and there will be less and less yuck in the world because maybe we can be a little more than a little happy. You’ve all heard to avoid the noid, so let’s duck the yuck and stay out of the muck.
So as the sun sets on another day, no more yuck. Keep being awesome and finding a way to a happy place, and as you do so let’s make the world wonderful, no matter what.
