The sun sets on another day…
The storm rolled in and the storm rolled out, a dim sunset in the horizon heralds the onslaught of night and the birth of a new day. Once upon a time we saw it coming, and in that time we see it again and again. We know the night will fall, and the day will come, but sometimes it is better to enjoy the storm.
You know, once upon a time we all saw the day and magical. Once upon a time we were born, once upon a time we saw wonder everywhere, once upon a time we knew the direction we would go, and once upon a time we began to go there. Once upon a time we fell in love, and once upon a time we knew the joy love could bring. Once upon a time we lived hard and loved harder. Once upon a time we enjoyed every moment of the day. Once upon a time we fell, and we got up. Once upon a time we told the truth and it felt great, and once upon a time we lied and it was not so good. Once upon a time, we remembered every moment, and we do still, because we found they are so precious.
It shouldn’t be a story, it should be who we are each day. We should write our own story and at the start of each day make sure we start out as strong and as powerfully as we can. We should push each day to be better than before, to be the best day ever. Can’t we make our lives more than a storybook. Can’t we make our lives a true dream come true.
I would like to think so.
So as the sun sets on another day, make each day the best it can be, so when you are writing it down some day and you say “Once upon a time” that you will be happy, excited, and amazed at how this day turned out.
Sleep sweet, love life, and live it each and every day…
