The sun sets on another day…
With the warm day and trying to keep ahead of the weeds in the garden I lost track of time, and sunset was upon me in an instant. Instead of rushing I took the time to keep working, and enjoyed the moments as I did so as the sun set.
Sometimes you just have to make decisions. For example, I want to go to the sunset each night, but there are things that get in the way. I want to make sure I drive my car each day, but there are times work is just too busy. Sometimes you have to step back and enjoy the hand you are dealt. I am not saying you always have to accept the unacceptable, but stop pushing sometimes, stop making the world move so fast you miss the moments. So as I worked in the garden with the last moments of the day coming upon me, a striking dragonfly landed near me, the patters were amazing, and you know what, it was unique and beautiful so I enjoyed it! You can find these moments anywhere if you just slow down for a minute. Do it.
So as the sun sets on another day, well, I watched the colors, and enjoyed the time, and in the end, it was a good day. Make all of your days the best they can be, and enjoy them, no matter what.
