The sun sets on another day…
The sky was full. Full of clouds full of Rain full of snow and full of wind. It was not a bad sunset but it was not a sunset that we could see only imagine in the back of our minds.
Tonight I left snow and rain and a real mess traveling south until I saw the moonlight far above me add stars shining in the dead of night. It was hard to imagine how a few short hours have such a tremendous effect on the landscape at the weather around me. It’s not that it was better or worse just that it was different. It’s not that it was better or worse it just was something to experience.
You know often good times are just around the corner. Only a moment away and suddenly the world would be a better place. It’s often hard to believe when you’re in the middle something that isn’t going well but you have the ability to make it good, to make it bad, or just to make it. I know this seems like something I repeat far too much but each day is your decision not anyone else’s because only you decide how you face the world even if the world has decided to face you in a different way.
So as the sun sets on another day, you have the ability to make today anything you want today to be. Take the time, make it real, and make each day your own, no matter what.
