The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was, well, snowy. I smiled to myself as it set and watched the snowflakes fall, soon the sunsets will be where I can see them.
I find myself a bit turned around today. There has been a great deal going on and I need to focus and finish several unfinished tasks. With that in mind I have been pushing through and completing several drafts of new books, and hope to have a clean slate soon.
There are two books I keep getting hammered on the most.
- Book 6 of the Masterson files: I completed this to over 80k words and was ok with it, then dropped nearly 1/4 of it to make it a little better. I do get requests on this book and just need to sit down and be done.
- making IT work : Since I have spent my life in IT, I outlined this book years ago and just need to sit down and write. It would be a challenge in some ways, and a relief in others. I think I will go for the relief.
Now that I am over (mostly) the non-covid weird pseudo flu thingy I will get to work on it.
So as the sun sets on another day, reading, writing, learning, and living are a daily goal. I enjoy them all but mostly living as it feeds the others and make me smile. I hope you are smiling and find your way to passion, no matter what.
