The sun sets on another day…
After walking through thousands and thousand s of people today and seeing the happy faces enjoying each other, local vendors, food, fun, candy and more I agree quite a bit with Barbara Streisand when she sung this song:
People
People who need people
Are the luckiest people in the world,
We’re children, needing other children
And yet letting our grown-up pride
Hide all the need inside,
Acting more like children
Than children…
Of course there is more to the song, and it is a good song, but this is telling. Isn’t it better to be together than apart?
