The sun sets on another day…
So, that is the question?
I am not sure it should ever be the question. As the sun sets we so so much beauty and power, there can be no doubt the world and life is a good place. Tonight as the sun set and I could get to no good and easy place I watched the lines of clouds that had attacked the day filter away for a short time giving rise to a line of bright red, beckoning us toward new life.
Whether it was good or bad was not of consequence, as I think every sunset is amazing I just smiled as the sun would not be denied a short moment of beauty as we faded into night.
So too, we often don’t realize that in the darkness there can be light, and as we are facing a series of less than pleasing events, if we focus on the good, there is truly no bad day. So to Hamlet, deciding whether to be or not to be may be difficult in his conflict, but we, knowing the world is a better place with us in it, realize the answer is always “To Be”.
So as the sun sets on another day, consider all the wonderful moments we share each day, and all the wonderful moments that are part of our lives, and hold on to those with zealous power, and enjoy them every instants you can.
Sleep sweet, love life, and “be” every day, no matter what…
