The sun sets on another day…
If you want to see the sunset, you have to be able to have clear glass from inside, or be outside in the fresh air with nothing but air between you and the sun.
We often have glass in front of our lives that is either clear or cloudy. It is up to us to keep that glass as clear as possible in order to let us see the world around us. Many people let the grime of their lives cloud their windows. Things last past relationships, rough times and even good times can sometimes create grime that does not let us see beyond ourselves and in doing so we often miss the sunsets and sunrises of our lives, simply lost in the moments that pass us by.
There is of course hope. There are people who try to lift us up, people who can show us a new way, people who love us and have our best interests at heart, and people who care, if only a little, about what tomorrow will bring, We seriously need to gravitate towards those people and find a way every day to have the best view possible.,
So as the sun sets on another day, consider your life, and all the things you have as good things, even if the felt bad. Brush away the negatives in your life and instead embrace the positives that will guide you forward always. Keep your “windows” clean and clear, and see the world for the wonderful place it is. Sometimes though, look through those windows and watch the sunrise, welcoming a new day. Watch the sunset, giving us closure for the night. Make every day the best it cab be, no matter what.
