The sun sets on another day…
As I wrapped a chain on the snow blower I sat on my knees and in the process stopped, looked up, and saw the stars. I could see so many patterns in the clear sky and as always was in awe. The sunset was near perfect, and the day a good day, but the stars, well, tonight they stole the show.
Sometimes we really have to get on our knees to understand what we should appreciate. Taking a moment to not be going a million miles an hour is almost a necessity, and understanding that the world does not stop for us is an absolute given. Somewhere in between we have to take a moment, pause, and realize we are a big part of a small part of a big world. Even more, we are the biggest part of our universe, but a small part of the universe. Whoa, cool huh?
So as the sun sets on another day, I sit in awe of a universe I am a part of. I am amazed by the people, places, and things in this world with me. I am happy with who I am and who I will be, and in the end, I will enjoy every day I can. Say the same. Be that person that is amazed by people,places, and things. Be happy with who you are, and who you will be, and enjoy every day you can, no matter what.
