Tomorrow is new years eve, again. It seems to happen every year. What doesn’t happen every year is the end of the decade, and this has been one for the books, literally.
Over the past 10 years personally I went through significant changes. Some my choice, some not so much. Life is full of those twists and turns and sometimes a change is needed to bring out something new, something more. Our country has changed, some better, some worse. It is not up for debate, it just is. Many people feel the need to debate it. Oh well.
Over the past 10 years we have become more and more internet dependent, a new age is upon us.
Over the past 10 years, we lost a lot, and gained a lot. You can decide which is which.

You know, in the end the past 10 years have made us what we are and we have survived, but it is right now that is defining us. So let’s set aside the past 10 years. Let’s learn from them, grieve them if we need to, rejoice if we want to, but let’s focus on our today’s and the power of our today’s more than the past 10 years. Tomorrow is new years eve, and the day after it is 2020. Let’s make every day the best we can and the next 10 years will be our definition. Let’s make them the best ever.
So as the sun sets on another day, it is snowing. Super! Wonderful. Set aside and make it a night of sledding or fun. Make it the best you can so the next 10 years will be amazing, no matter what.
