The sun sets on another day….
I am taking a break from the movies for a moment to talk about 10-4.
In the old days there were CBs and more where 10-4 was a simple yes. A simple yes can go a long way to changing the world you know. When someone asks you a question a simple yes can let them know how you feel, a simple no works as well. The trick is to make it simple (If we use the Carpenters suggestion, to last your whole life long) and in the process consider if yes or no are good statements., Consider also the effect of yes and no on people. Still avoid the in between! Don’t be the political answer person who rides the line and answers no questions.
I really like “Yes” and am not a fan of “No”. No tends to be associated with small and large pains, and as we hear it we are often sensitized to a series of unfortunate issues that are not as good as they could be. Sure, sounds like gooky stuff, but think about it, when the word no rings do you feel uplifted, doesn’t yes give you validation?
Take a moment, consider your answer, and answer well to all important questions.
So as the sun sets on another day, it is a super day, and it is a super day because you are in it! Yes, it is true, yes it is you. Be yourself and make a difference each day, no matter what.
