The sun sets on another day…
Finally I slept, but I slept through sunset. It was a cold cloudy eve. When I woke I knew sunset had been great, even if high above the clouds.
It is time for another poem. (Yeah yeah, it is something I do)
Perhaps again
Perhaps again another day we’ll see each others thoughts
Perhaps again another day we’ll find a special whim
The time will come when all will know its time to change
We’ll find the thoughts and feelings to put wronging to an end
Perhaps again another day we’ll show each other true
Perhaps again another day we’ll give a special sign
The time will come when all will know the puppets will be gone
We’ll find the courage to change the world and make the world fine
Perhaps again another day we’ll love ourselves and more
Perhaps again another day we’ll show each other well
The time will come when we know hate is wrong and loving will be here
We’ll find the power to make it right and walk from the depths of hell
So as the sun sets on another day, I see hope you find amazing times, and find a way to make the world a better place each day, no matter what.
