The sun sets on another day…
Sunset made me smile, but only a little. As the sun fell in the western sky I thought a lot about the world.
Memorial day is a day meant for honoring those who have gone before. It is a day that we honor the fallen who gave everything to protect those who may not be able to protect themselves. It was a day meant to be revered, and a day I hold dear.
Take a moment. Remember those who gave you the right to be what you are today, whatever that is, and enjoy the eve.
So as the sun sets on another day, all is well, fare thee well, the day is done.
