The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was breezy and cold, but as the sky shuddered with the cool air there was a moment of excitement, and a sliver of light. It was sublime, but amazing.
I get a kick out of life sometimes when I consider all of the things that happen in the snow. Layer upon layer a fluffy white flakes can easily create a pretty cool landscape. Today as I unburied everything from these blankets I was fascinated by the beauty in the chaos.
Maybe that’s all we need to do is pay more attention to the beauty. Maybe all that’s necessary is to realize that only in chaos are some of the most beautiful creations discovered. It is with that in mind that I spent time with Pepper the puppy and enjoyed a walk in the new snow. I was lost in the blankets, and laughing at the antics of a less than 2 year old GSD.
