The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was once again amazing. The sky was lit up with every color imaginable, or at least the colors of the sunset.
I found myself laughing at everything around me today and enjoying some rather spectacular wings in the middle of nowhere Michigan. It’s funny how sometimes the places that aren’t so big care more about quality than the places that are. I enjoyed it either way, and somewhere in the middle of it all I felt good about it all the things happening in the day.
I wanted to take just a moment and mention a group on the east coast of Michigan. I am at the west coast but a group of authors is having a virtual festival this month. In the process I hope that you enjoy all the authors reading and putting their books out there for you.
As a writer or an author, you are consistently putting yourself on the line. Some people will tell you that your writing is great while others will not be so nice. I’ve been very lucky and most of the people that read my books not only know what to expect but enjoy them. The authors that are attending this festival are passionate and proud and truly want to share their work with the world. It works out well and in the process, there is a murder mystery unfolding that will make your head spin. It is a good time so enjoy it if you can.
So as the sun sets on another day, I think I’ll join the group and have a lot of fun. Not necessarily because it is the best thing that I could do but because the people are the best people I can do it with. I hope you find a way to enjoy it with me and widen your perspective, no matter what.
