The sun sets on another day…
It says on the news that there could be 10 or 12 days of rain. The sky opens up occasionally and light shines through and every once in awhile there’s a blue sky and sometimes even a little more. I know the sunsets are fantastic I just can’t see them all the time but it’s still a good day.
They say that sometimes the creme de La Creme Rises to the top. What even does that mean? Cream always Rises to the top and cream is sometimes the best part of a drink or a dessert. In the middle of it all we can’t discount everything else because all of it is useful and all of it is great.
So what am I talking about? Seems kind of dumb to talk about cream in the evening. What I’m talking about is that you don’t have to be perfect to be special. You are special each and every day you just need to pay attention. You are special and as we walk through this thing called life you can’t let anybody take that away from you.
Now there will be people to try. There will be those that push for excellence so heavily that the world seems like it’s closing in on you. That’s fine. Just remember that being perfect isn’t possible which makes all of us perfect in one way or another but not in every way.
Do you need to rise up and find your worth and hang on to it a lot because the world is a better place because of you.
So as the sun sets on another day, I think you’re awesome. I don’t even know you and I think you’re awesome. I hope you find everything that you need in life and somewhere along the way realize that peace is important and that you are part of that. Keep realizing your worth, no matter what.
