The sun sets on another day…
The sky was angry. White fire flew all over as the storm raged, and I simply laughed as the rain pounded the ground. There was a sunset high above, and I am sure it was pretty, but for now down below, it was just chaos.
For some reason I was thinking about plums today. Maybe I wanted a tasty plum to chew on for a little while or maybe I was just feeling a little strange like an off purple. Plums are great and tasty and you can enjoy them all the time. They age well and dry out well and then you have the exciting and immortal prune. Kind of funny if you think about it.
On the flip side people are about the same. They are great and sometimes purple, and most of this turn into the immortal prune. It’s just a fun progression. On our way to becoming a prune hopefully we’re doing lots of fun things and if we do so it’s a great idea if we share them or at least enjoy them. The world is a better place if you enjoy it all.
Although I’m going to avoid being a prune for as long as I can, even though I may already be considered a prune, I think I’m going to continue to enjoy my parade of sunsets until the end of time. This consistent thinking that every day is special is what gets me by when times are tough. Mainly because every day is special but also because there is always time for one more moment until there’s no more time.
With that in mind I remind you about 29,000 sunsets, if you had a finite number and knew that tomorrow would be your last day, what would you do differently and why aren’t you doing it today?
So as the sun sets on another day, we are good to go and good to enjoy some spectacular excitement towards another day. Every day is a new opportunity and every day and make the world a better place. Keep finding a new goal and good new piece of excitement always, no matter what.
