The sun sets on another day…
It would have been a stunning sunset for us all if there hadn’t been a stunning storm for us all. There is Beauty in both and I enjoyed the moments and laughed about everything before me. Weather sunset is by a beautiful orange red hue or by shades of gray punctuated by streaks of lightning, there is still beauty to acknowledge every day.
Life is full of interesting times. We can put it all to the alphabet if we wanted to and I recently picked up a book of ABC’s about the Alien series. This was a little off because it made the alien look cutesy and made everything seem a little more light-hearted.
We all know that A is for alien but did you know that in was for Nostromo? We also know that F is for Facehugger, but did you know that X is for Xenomorph?
The book is cute and I like that it makes light of something a little bit crazy. That type of thing makes the world a better place.
Do you ever make light of something that others think is scary? Do you find that humor makes life a little easier?
So as the sun sets on another day, I think Ripley would have been happy with this book and R is for Ripley and J is for Jones the cat. Make your day fantastic and don’t be afraid, it’s only a book. Keep reading, no matter what.
