The sun sets on another day…
The sky sizzled with anticipation as the world slowly rotated side to side until shadows grew, and the colors jumped out at us all. The waves crashed upon the beach, and as I watched the overwhelming light lessened until it was just a glint of color. Above, the beauty raged and fought for every second of the day, and then it was no more.
I was walking through the woods with a flashlight last night and as I looked at the beam I could see it quite easily. The pollen is so thick there is dust everywhere and I have to wonder if that is part of the problem that is keeping my through and sinuses a little beat up. Still I paid attention today during the day and my car is coated, the house is coated, the plants are coated, and just about everything is covered with yellow pollen from the pine trees. White Pines are beautiful outlook but they bring with them their own special problems.
Isn’t that how life is?
Don’t we sometimes not see the coating until it’s affecting us? How can we be sure without shining a strong light on everything we do? It’s a good question.
I have found overtime that we have to shine a light on ourselves and on others to really see what is affecting them and sometimes who they really are. It can be difficult because naturally we are behind the 8 ball every moment of every day. It’s hard to see everything around us and sometimes the people close to us are the ones that destroy us the most. Of course those same people can give us the most joy if we just pay attention.
What do you think? Is your magic 8 ball showing you everything that’s going on in the right manner? Are you happy every day? Don’t you deserve to be?
So as the sun set’s on another day, pay close attention to the air and pay close attention to your life and make sure that you see things clearly or at least brush off the dust always, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and be amazing…
