The sun sets on another day…
As the sun sets in the western sky, fall begins, well, unofficially, and as such the evening breeze calls to us, and we are lost for a moment in the excitement, the power, the cool wind, and the moments that follow, just because of a breeze.
In life it is sometimes strange how something as simple as a breeze can change our demeanor. A sweet breeze can make us more at ease, a strong breeze, more tense, and of course a storm can make us energized, tense and a lot of other things all rolled into one. So what is it that brings our minds to peace with external stimuli? Do things like the sunset naturally make us calmer, or is it something we learn from our friends, family and more?
I like to think that we are creatures of stimulus, and the more we experience the better we are and can be. I like to think that we can be the best we are when we are engaged by some type of beauty, or something that makes us feel more, and in the process of feeling more we want to feel more. I like to think such, but people are very different.
So as the sun sets on another day, take a moment and enjoy the breeze, laugh at the sunlight playing across your skin, feel the sand between your toes, or the dirt, or the sock, or what ever you have on, and enjoy the moment. When the breeze is strong, laugh and smile and find a way to enjoy it, and weather every storm with a great attitude that chases the blues way, unless of course it is BB King.
Sleep sweet, laugh heartily, and love the night away, no matter what…
