The sun sets on another day…
There are so many songs and poems and stories about time that you would get dizzy looking at them all. The sun just continues to rise and set, this time high above the rain, oblivious to time.
So as time flows like a river, and is part of this huge time machine, Morris Day must press us all for our time passages, right? After all, we go to things time after time, and see the world with time in a bottle.
Huh? That was weird and confusing and if you got it all, I will clap for you!
The world is obsessed with time and sometimes we just need to take a step back and not worry so much. Maybe we worry too much about time and not enough about right now. Perhaps we press so hard to get the there, then, that we miss what is here, now. Maybe we just need to step up and grasp the concept that if we only have 29000 sunsets, worrying about time should not be on our list of items to consider. Maybe right?
A long time ago I sat on the hill between several roads. Someone asked me a question and I gave them an answer. The question was as simple as what would I do, my answer was what I felt, no other thought came to mind.
So now it is your turn, you are sitting on a hill, there are three roads before you and someone asks you which path you will take. One is easy and painless. One is easy but painful, and one is a challenge and unpredictable. Which do you take? Consider your answer well, as each has it’s joys and pains, but which will be fulfilling for you? Which will make your time the best time?
So as the sun sets on another day, remember that time flies like a river, fruit flies like bananas. Something like that might make you laugh, or smile, or even look at me strange, but I, I will sit on the hill and be lead by my passions and smash a few bananas along the way, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and live it every day…
