The sun sets on another day…
For a moment, and only a moment the clouds parted and the sun brightened the land with fiery incandescence. Then the clouds came in again, letting us know they too had purpose. Blocking the light the held the sun at bay for a moment longer, then the light faded as another day ended.
I considered this as always (yes, I consider some weird things) and thought about the light of right, and the darkness of ignorance. Truth is, there is a lot of ignorance, bred by fear, distrust and personal motives. By that same logic there is a lot of truth, born out of a honest selflessness. Consider the man on the side of the road, waiting for help. Do you stop, or do you drive by. Perhaps that person could be a crux point in your life, and your decision will guide your fate. (good or bad). Does it affect your decision? We are often driven by fear and ignorance when we should be driven by a need to help others. My decision, in spite of recent events, is I will stop and help. I do not recommend that to all, but to me it will always be worth it and the right thing to do. My point is, don’t let pride, prejudice or other negative items stop you from doing the right thing.
Never stop helping, never stop feeling, and never stop learning. Feel passion everyday and let someone know that you feel the passion.
So as the sun sets on another day, consider how doing the right thing is right, and do it, even if it seems wrong. (sometimes wrong is right and right is wrong but that would take hours to go through, perhaps this weekend?)
Sleep sweet, love life, and smile a little, whistle a lot, and laugh even more…
