The sun sets on another day…
What’s in a sunset? Colors unreal and of ton of fun to enjoy each and every evening. It always amazes me the number of people who walked by and don’t even notice the sun setting.
If you look on many lists you will find Grease 2 as one of the worst movies ever put out. You might find that I’m a little silly but I think the movie was actually a lot of fun. Sure it was over the top and sure there were a lot of things in it that were pretty silly but in the grand scope of it all it had some good performances and some fun numbers. Well, most of them.
There is a scene in the movie where a fallout shelter is being used to seduce a young lady. it’s pretty ridiculous and a pretty ridiculous musical scene as well but I will always laugh at the sound of “Blamo, Nukleoid war!”. Well, that might be a close translation but you get the idea. The thought is did the girl can be fooled into thinking the war is going on right now and in the process the boy can take advantage. Here lies my problem. How many times would our life be a lot easier if we just opened our eyes? How many times would paying attention solve our issues? I know that many people may say that that’s not necessarily true but it’s my opinion the paying attention opens doorways far more effectively than anything else. It’s my opinion that somewhere in many situations we lose the objective ability to see the world. I think you can agree with that sometimes that some people are out there taking advantage until they get caught and then they just move on to the next target. It’s up to us to vet out these people much faster so we’re not lost in the continuous upheaval that goes along with toxic individuals.
It’s something to think about. I just like to say be careful and keep your eyes open.
So as the sun sets on another day I’m so excited that another day is coming and we don’t have to worry about “Nukleoid war”. Be thankful for every moment you get, no matter what.
