The best thing about ups is how high they can be, there are some people and situations that can raise you to heights unimaginable. The worst thing about downs is how low they can be, there are people and situations that can bring you down the the very depths of despair.
I was watching a show about Robin Williams last night and this quote came up that means a lot to me, ” I used to think that the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone.”
It is amazing how you can be with someone and truly feel alone but it is possible. There are some people who just make you feel alone, no matter what.
Eww, downer post. Well, not really. There are people in the world that care or try to, and you should reach out to someone who does and feel uplifted by their warmth and kindness. There is always someone who cares if you just look for them. So as you feel yourself being alone, find your way back up, every time and be happy. It may not be easy, but it is worth it.
