The Sun sets on another day…
No matter when the Sun is setting the colors are always there. Sometimes the colors are unreal and become covered by clouds and not so exciting. Sometimes the colors are very dim and suddenly an explosion of light and color covers us up with its maelstrom and we are overwhelmed with beauty.
This is true in life as well. Sometimes it seems as though everything is going well and suddenly we think it’s not. The colors just aren’t there. Sometimes we think things are going poorly and suddenly it’s a fantastic day and it ends in an explosion of color and excitement.
The trick is to live every moment as though it would be the best possible moment you could have. In that we have the ability to see beyond that small slice and look at the bigger picture where happiness can exist independent of what life seems to be.
So as the Sun sets on another day take a moment and realize if the day looks bad it may turn out fantastic. And remember if the day looks fantastic it may not turn out as good but underneath there is something to be thankful for. No matter what everyday is yours to cherish.
