The sun sets on another day…
Today as I looked across the hill and took the sunset you see above, I was amazed at all the people who were there with me, watching the sunset and enjoying the moment. It is interesting to consider many of them, the young lady with her father, learning to take pictures and loving the moments; the middle aged woman walking the beach picking up trash that others had left while stopping to take pictures; the dozens of people with cell phones hoping to capture a moment; the young man and woman, watching the sun set as they held hands and kissed the night away.
The passion was overwhelming as these people and hundreds more were packed watching the sun dance with the night until at last it moved beyond the horizon, and smiled at us with a plethora of colors, just for the twilight.
The beach that was empty just a few weeks ago, with only a handful of photographers and crazy people is now filled. So how many sunsets does it take to feel the passion that we need? My opinion, whatever it takes. For those of you that enjoy one sunset, I hope it was as amazing as tonight’s. For those of you out there with me, sharing what we can. Thank you, and I hope you feel the passion I do each night and hold on to those colors, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and enjoy the moments, every single one…
