The sun sets on another day…
Today I was watching a fun Disney movie (Don’t judge, I like Disney). The movie was Hercules and I have always loved this movie because of the deeper message. Many people watch this fun little flick and understand what a Hero is made of by the end of the movie. Me, I walk away feeling the same way I do when looking at a sunset, warm inside knowing some writer knows that there is a love that is more important than anything.
At the end of the movie Hercules states simply (spoiler here “but a life without Meg, even an immortal life, would be empty. I finally know where I belong”.
How many people truly feel that way, and more, how many people are with someone that feels the same way. Wouldn’t the world be a better place if we all knew where we belonged, and knew the person with us felt the same! (Neat trick there)
So on this particularly sappy day, and as the sun sets on another day, enjoy your life, and love, and be happy with life, every day. Find the passion with a special person, and know it is real as you would know “a life without (insert name here), even an immortal life, would be empty. I finally know where I belong”.
