The sun sets on another day…
Tonight as I watched the sunset a group of street racers drove up and parked to socialize and watch the sunset. Well, they might have been street racers, and they might have been car enthusiasts who liked looking at engines while they watched the sunset and revved and ran quickly when they left. At any rate they seemed to have fun and enjoyed talking, laughing, and living in the moment.
You know sometimes people don’t understand each other. The kids of today have fun, and some of the adults just think it is frivolous, but maybe, just maybe, having fun is a good thing. I know I know, you have to live and be responsible, but nothing says you have to stop having fun and enjoying life.
When I was young I did all sorts of silly things and loved life. I have a great friend who told me about his young days went he and a friend rented stunt planes and went crazy in the skies. What happens to people when they forget that fun. Why can’t we just enjoy every day like we did when we were young.
I would like to think we can, only because we choose to, but I really think we have to choose to and enjoy the moments, each and every day. Let’s do better, let’s love better, let’s live better, and if you are young, keep it in your heart every day.
So as the sun sets on another day, life is good. We all have a chance to enjoy every moment. Fly upside down, drive safely but fun, and just make the best of all you can, no matter what.
