Pliancy…

The sun sets on another day…

Ever noticed how in some areas the weather can change in an instant. Only a few days ago it was warm and sunny, now there are 3 inches of snow on the ground. There i was, once again in the middle of it. Adapting to the changes that are all around.

We all have to have a certain amount of pliancy in our lives every day. That pliancy will allow us to work more effectively, play more effectively, and live more effectively simply because there is very little in life set in stone. In fact, there is nearly nothing set in stone, and that can make the world seem a little intense at times if we let it. It can make life feel out of control, whether you let it or if you do not.

In fact, with life not set in stone we all need a certain amount of pliancy to make our days work even a little.

So do you have pliancy? Do you use it to manage your life? Can you adapt to change? Are you willing to look log and hard into a mirror and determine where the problem is, even if it is in the mirror?

Personally, I have been forced trough many changes. Some were good, some not so good, but I have, so far, always been able to change gears when I need to, and move towards a better place. I have been able to be pliant when necessary, and never so rigid I feared being broken completely, just bent up a lot at times. I hope I can continue to do so, and move through even more stages of life in a positive manner.

So as the sun sets on another day, why be rigid? Why not adapt tot eh changes you need to adapt to, and as you do so learn. Learn from other points of view, learn from your perspectives, from other perspectives, and in the process keep growing, no matter what.

sleep sweet, love life, and be happy with you…
