The sun sets on another day…
Clear, crisp, fiery, and beautiful. A few easy words to describe tonight’s sunset. The twilight was cool, but not uncomfortable and I stood on a balcony overlooking the beach, strangely alone. In a few weeks that balcony will be full of people and will have few to dozens daily until the end of summer, but for now as it has been while snow blanketed the area, it was desolate, and I enjoyed the moment.
I sit here giggling and laughing thinking about the Mogwai from the movie gremlins and the intensely fun laugh the Gremlins had while they delved into mischief. The Mogwai were happy go lucky little creatures, but the gremlins, well, not so much.Both were allergic to the bright light and they only danced through my mind due to the intense sunset tonight. Rather than write a long post tonight, I just want to say, I hope you had a fantastic day, and if you got to see it, I hope you enjoyed the sunset.
So as the sun sets on another day, let the sunshine in, and enjoy the evening, no matter what.
