The sun sets on another day…
I know I know, I may be weird, but I like the smell of pine and balsam. Some people do and some do not, but I feel pretty good about it!
I remember as a child smelling balsam fir incense, and it being a happy memory. The woods and all the things in the woods rushed back to me every time I smelled those smokey scents. I found a little bit of peace in the moments, and a lot of the time I would just smile and feel the moments go by.
So what is it that gets you? Is there some special scent that brings out a special peace in you? Is it something that you can just feel inside? I can only say that those smelly moments are actually the most memorable sometimes, and those moments often are the most peaceful.
So as the sun sets on another day, listen, feel, smell. Well, it sounded good for a moment. Find a way to get your pleasant past memories back, and enjoy every day you can, no matter what.
