The sun sets on another day…
The last several days have been a whirlwind, full of everything and I have enjoyed all I can. As I sit tonight thinking about all that has happened I smile to myself, and yes, I enjoyed an amazing sunset as well. Now, as I try to catch up, I am turning some parts of chaos into order, and enjoying my night.
I find that sometimes the world seems a little scattered. One item turns to another and the first is partially complete while the second 1/4 complete and a series of other items grab on and ask for time as well. I hope I am not the only one, but as I thought about the seagulls I just saw I knew that there is chaos in just about everything and that chaos is sometimes translated to “undone”. It is when I see the items stack up that I go full linear and start solving important items one at a time. It is true that would work if I did it in the first place, but sometimes it all just requires a little, sometimes it makes you feel as though you have to address it all.
How do you handle this? Do you handle it at all? Does the world march to your drum or do you have to march with it sometimes?
Chaos sometimes yields the most perfect solutions. Sometimes the wait brings new clarity, and sometimes you end up solving things faster because the wait allowed you to see more clearly. I wish the answer was perfectly clear, but I think it is clear enough to know that the world sometimes asks for more, and we can only try, and scatter our time until we solve it all.
So as the sun sets on another day, clear as mud huh? In my mind there are a lot of solutions, but none so prevalent as making sure you do what is best for you, and what is right. Find a way, make it happen, and enjoy it all you can, no matter what.
