The sun sets on another day…
Here I sit, trying to get ready to plan a year, or at least a few months. Trying to consider what I do not know for a moment in favor of what I can do now, and what I can do going forward.
I have stated over and over not to live in the past or the future, but sometimes you have to plan. So now I am planning for this year. To sell books and hopefully spread a little happiness along the way. It works. I will plan it and set it aside and go back to the present until the future presents itself. (Play on words eh?) That is a way to work out life, maybe not the best, nor the worse, but it is a way.
How about you? Are you ready for today or tomorrow? Do you pine about the future or do you plan it and let it come? What mysteries are you ready to experience? What life will you lead in the today and the tomorrow?
I would like to think we can all live the best life possible. I know I am not perfect, not by any means, but I try to do what is right. Sometimes what is right for me or for you may not be right for everyone, but it does not make it less right. Sometimes what is right for everyone may not be the path for you. Choose wisely.
So as the sun sets on another day guess what the secret is? It is you. It is you choosing a path that is right for you. It is all of us going down a good path and finding a way to be happy each and every day, not because we make good choices always but because we make the choices good for us, sometimes in spite of our choices, sometimes with the help of our choices, but always our choices, no matter what.
