The sun sets on another day…
Rain rain, fog is here, its that special time of year, mist and ice and snow all night, tomorrow may be quite a fright but warm I’ll stay and toasty too, its just not worth my feeling blue.
If you are anywhere close to where I am then tonight and tomorrow may well be Armageddon. “This here air mass is gonna hit this other air mass and the result is gonna be an inch of ice in this model, or in this model we will have 2 inches, and in this here model it will miss us and head to eastern Europe.”
Fun huh?
Well, I took the time to be ready and now I’m just not gonna think about ti anymore. Why? Well, easy. Why should I? If it comes it will be here and I will deal, and if it doesn’t, well, I have a small stack of stuff to clean up, but no lost thoughts.
Truth is, and I know this is scary, it is hard to predict the weather. It would be amazing to see people betting on weather predictions because I am pretty sure the odds are in favor of the house. Truth is, life is about the same way. If you think you know what tomorrow is going to bring, well, think again. tomorrow is about as unpredictable as the weather. Why not prepare a little if you see something coming, and then face it as it comes? Why not enjoy right now? (I really like this idea)
So, as the sun sets on another day, I will watch a movie and doze while the ice creeps in, and probably find that there is nothing coming. It could be fun, or it could be a pain, but it is always coming, good or bad, no matter what. Enjoy it, react to it, and live it each day!
